Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

Credit Cards
To report a lost or stolen credit card, you must collect as much of this information as possible, so you can verify your identity and credit card via phone.

  1. Name and address
  2. Social security number (last 4 digits acceptable) or tax id number
  3. Card number, if possible
  4. Receipt with card's last 4 digits, if possible
  5. Last transaction from card, if possible

For Consumer Credit Cards Only:
Then, call customer contact service at 1-800-883-0131 (outside the U.S. 1-727-570-4881) for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week assistance.

For Business Credit Cards Only:
Then, call customer contact service at 1-877-636-7244 between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m or 1-800-423-7503 (automated) for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week assistance.

Debit Cards
To report a lost or stolen debit card during our regular weekday hours, please call us at 1-800-326-4424 for assistance.

When the bank is closed & on Saturday mornings - you must collect as much of this information as possible, so you can verify your identity and debit card via phone.

  1. Name, address and birthdate
  2. Social security number
  3. Pioneer Bank routing number - 075904445
  4. Card number, if possible
  5. Receipt with card's last 4 digits, if possible
  6. Last transaction from card, if possible

Then, call our Shazam vendor at 1-800-383-8000 to report the lost or stolen debit card.
