1. Forgot your Online Banking Password and ID?
Please call 1-715-652-2105 or 1-800-326-4424 to speak with a customer service representative to access your account.
Do you frequently forget your Password or Id? It may be helpful to know that customized passwords and ids are available. Refer to FAQ #6 to create a customized Online Banking Password and/or Id.

2. Can't sign on your account?
The security protection for your account has been locked for one of the following reasons:
- Your account was inactive for more than 3 months.
- There were 3 consecutive, unsuccessful attempts to access your account.
If you entered your Online Banking Id incorrectly but entered your Online Banking Password correctly, account access will be denied. What actually happened? You accidentally attempted to access another account with an incorrect Id.
IMPORTANT: Always identify your Personal Identification Image before entering your Password. Identifying your chosen image insures that you are at the official Online Banking web site provided by Pioneer Bank.

3. How does my Personal Identification Image work?
1. From the Pioneer Bank web site select the "Online Banking" button. Then, select the "Sign On" button from the Online Banking web page.
2. To begin the sign on process, enter your Online Banking ID.
3. Before entering your Online Banking Password on the next screen, find your Personal Identification Image on the left of the screen.
If your chosen image appears - you are at the official Online Banking web site provided by Pioneer Bank. Proceed.

If your chosen image does NOT appear - DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. You may have entered your ID incorrectly. As a result, your Personal Identification Image would also be incorrect. Restart the sign on process by completing step 1-3 again.

If your chosen image still does NOT appear after a second sign on attempt - DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. Please contact Pioneer Bank at 1-715-652-2105 or 1-800-326-4424.

4. How do I choose a Personal Identification Image?
1. Click the "Sign On" button on the Online Banking web page.
2. Then, enter your Online Banking ID, and click the "Submit" button.
3. On the second screen, enter your Online Banking Password, and click the "Submit" button.
4. Next, select your new Personal Identification Image from the image catalog (required). Study your image, and click the "Finished" button.
5. In the future, your new image will appear on the bottom left of your Online Banking account pages. To select a new one, click on the current image and complete step 4 again.

5. How do Personal Verification Questions work?
Once you've had Online Banking for about 30 days, you will be asked to select and answer three Personal Verification Questions. Key in your correct answers and continue to use your Online Banking as normal.
From this point, if unusual or uncharacteristic behavior is detected, one of your Personal Verification Questions will appear on your screen. You would provide the correct answer and continue with your Online Banking.
If the question is not answered correctly, the new security feature will assume there is an unauthorized attempt to access your information. Access will be denied to protect your account.

6. How do I create a customized Online Banking Password and/or Id?
Go to your "Options" tab within your Online Banking account and select the "Personal" settings to change your Password and/or Id anytime. Then, customize to something that will be easier to remember.
