Position: Collateral Review Analyst
Successful candidate will help manage the bank's collateral exposure and review appraisals. Candidate will work closely with the lending staff to ensure regulations are being complied with regarding bank appraisal policies and procedures. Candidate must possess good communication skills allowing for an effective team environment and display strong analytical and computer skills.

Position: Consumer Loan Underwriter
Successful candidate will review all consumer loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completion. Candidate must possess strong analytical and auditing skills, along with a firm understanding of math. Candidate needs to have excellent computer, decision-making and customer service skills. Strong communication skills will be necessary for handling delicate situations with diplomacy and tact. Must be well organized and have the ability to multitask.

Position: Loan Officer
Successful candidate must possess the drive, desire, and natural curiosity to help Bank customers and potential customers meet their financial goals and objectives by providing high quality Bank products and services in a timely manner, to meet their needs. Must be able to identify financially sound and eligible borrowers and gather, evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for all types of loans by performing the essential duties and responsibilities. Candidates must be willing to travel to business sites and borrower's home, work from your car as needed, and occasionally work longer than a 40 hour work week.

Position: Teller/CSR (Rozellville)
Pioneer Bank has a full-time teller/CSR employment opportunity available in our Rozellville office. Candidates must possess high standards of accuracy, patience, self initiative, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to build successful customer relationships. Must have a personal desire to achieve goals through cross-selling products and services. Responsible for processing customer transactions and cash handling.
