Transaction Account Guarantee Program

Pioneer Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account through December 31, 2010. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rule. IOLTA and NOW accounts offered by Pioneer Bank are covered under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program.

Please be aware of the following limitation:

If you use a sweep to transfer funds from your non-interest bearing account to an interest bearing account, such actions will void the additional coverage under the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program.
