Position: Agriculture/Commercial Lender
Successful candidate must possess the drive, desire, and natural curiosity to help Bank customers and potential customers meet their financial goals and objectives by providing high quality Bank products and services in a timely manner, to meet their needs. Must be able to identify financially sound and eligible borrowers and gather, evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for all types of loans by performing the essential duties and responsibilities. Candidates must be willing to travel to business sites and borrower's home, work from your car as needed, and occasionally work longer than a 40 hour work week.

Position: Computer Processor
Pioneer Bank has a full-time Computer Processor employment opportunity available at our Auburndale location. Candidates must possess high standards of accuracy, patience, self initiative, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to build successful customer relationships. Candidate should be able to maintain records of financial transactions and images. Reconcile suspense accounts and other general ledger accounts assigned to the Department. Complete Accounts Payable entries and create checks. Compile reports pertinent to the operation of the bank. Enter and verify details of customer and account information. Operate computers and printers to successfully complete daily processing. Complete error resolution process to comply with Regulations. Provide courteous, professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers and other bank employees.

Position: Teller/Customer Service Representative - Stevens Point
Pioneer Bank has a full-time teller/CSR employment opportunity available in our Stevens Point office. If you have a passion for above-average customer service, excel in a team environment, and meet the following qualifications, consider joining our team. Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent, demonstrate PC proficiency, have above average math skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to build successful customer relationships. 1+ year prior retail, cashier and/or cash handling experience preferred.
